So to get DVDs in Tape wrap is more money then getting them in a box? What am I missing? Please help to understand this. I even looked at the newbie section on supermediastore to learn differences in DVD’s.
Also the silver is better quality for a printing surface?
I would get the Tayio Yuden WaterShields but I have a feeling there will be a learning curve with this canon 610 printer when I get it. I would hate to ruin them.[/QUOTE]
Just go to www.Rima.com and you’ll get fair prices and nothing but premium media. Watershields are pricey, to be sure. But worth every cent. The results are stunning.
Silver is a completely different animal from white. It’s good to have around but should not be used for photos. It’s best for simple text and graphics. There’s no white on it, so images will be dark and muddy looking, but there are exceptions. It does have a sort of “3-D” look to it that’s very nice.
TY Watershield Silver CDRs are too cool for words, but again need some specific type labels for the best results. Whites turn out sort of a “pearlescent” that’s unlike anything else.
