Preserving Windows Explorer Settings On CD

I have organised my music collection in Windows Explorer with coloured backgrounds for each folder view (using WindowPaper XP), and thumbnails of album covers (Explorer function), and icons of the album covers for each album folder (IconCool / Explorer). Is there any way I can preserve these settings on a CD/DVD so that, when it is opened on another machine, I will see the same folder views I created?
