Pre recorded info mistery / Gamecube

I recorded two identical discs (TYG02) with the same ISO.
First with a pioneer 105 and the second with my Benq 1640.

Its a gamecube game iso and the first is working well, the second doesn’t at all.

Underneath the Nero lead in info of both discs, I noticed an “X” on position 28h.
Maybe this makes the difference why the gamecube doesnt like the Benq disc?
Anybody knows where this X stands for ?

Burn with the SAME tool you have backuped that “ISO”.

If you haven’t you have broken the forum rules, BTW.

The backup tool can’t burn a disc. Extracting the iso is done by specialised Gamecube tools and is an advanced proces.

BTW: I don’t break rules.

There are many different bytes for FieldID>=6 in your dumps, which is valid
since these bytes are undefined in MMC spec. Some drives could also report
FieldID >=6 data since your discs apparently can be burned at 8x. Maybe try
contacting Kris (dvdidentifier.cdfreaks.com), he has lots of experience with
READ_DVD_STRUCTURE/0Eh.

Ok thanks!

hello, i just need to know if u need to modchip the cube before playing the dvd-r disk ?
