PowerPoint presentation from HD via Nero 9 to portable disc

How do I take a PowerPoint presentation – slides without video and without sound – and put it to a CD or DVD and, if both can be done, weigh the pros & cons of the CD vs. DVD?

Hi Bob, I hate to " pimp" software programs especially ones that are not free, but I use a program made by Wondershare just for this purpose, I think it has a free trial so try it, you may think its worth the price to you.

MS Powerpoint 2003 has such a feature built-in: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA011552791033.aspx
No need for Wonderspam stuff.

I just like the program, I hated to tell anyone but I just wanted to help. :o

Open office impress will also do what powerpoint does.

Thanks. I particularly liked the links to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA011266991033.aspx. I there verifed that DVDs hold more than CD and that WinXP does not burn to DVDs. Meanwhile, I stumbled through burning to a CD out of the packaging process when w/i PP and also through burning to a DVD using Nero 9. Thanks.
