BD and HD-DVD have different file structure, you will have to either re-encode it, or transcode it some how.
BD uses a single large ts file for movies (in most cases, i seen one movie, there ts file was split in few parts)
HD-DVD uses split EVO files, new generation of VOB files.
there is also a chance that BD player will not know what to do with DD+ audio stream.
things to do
- change evo files to ts
- might have to re-encode audio
