The illegal movie streaming service Popcorn Time appeared online again today. The developers write in a blogpost that they are no longer actively developing the software that powers the service but will only fix bugs and other issues.

It is something there Alan, it remains to be seen how long it lasts this time as St. Helena is part of U.K.
I can not help but thinking that your best bet is a .ru or .cn address when it comes to services like this.
Personally, I really do not care about this in particular as it is movies, but the technology and politics of it is interesting, very much so.
