Plextor PX-740 and Philips 1928/1948 - identical?

I’ve read on the one of our forums that these drivers are identical. Is it true?

You mean Philips 1628K/1648P1.

Both the Plextor 740A and Pilips1648P1 are based at Benq 1640.
