Could it be, will this law suit mean prices will drop? According to this aticle a previous settlement should have lowered the prices and they are still the same, they are already at 'Rock bottom' so a spokesman of Tower records said. Yeah right!
If prices drop, less people will copy cd's...? Maybe we will find out soon enough.

They said the record companies in February 1995 conspired to force several large discount retailers to raise prices after the retailers bought CDs in such large volume that they could undercut the prevailing high retail prices.
