If you combine a Plextor 16X with a Plextor UltraPlex 40X drive.

Can i make a good copy of a Safedisc2? To be used on any
cdrom drive?

The Plextor 16-10-40 can`t write SD2.It will only work in the recorder.

Buy a Lite On 24-10-40 or the Plextor 24-10-40.Perfect Writers for everything.

Good luck…

Sure my friend that’s what we all do.

Next time you can try this (took the info from the mainpage)
A new SafeDisc (2) unwrapper version is now available. With this little tool you can decrypt a SafeDisc (2) protected game (the .EXE file) so the protection will be removed…

Tested games include ‘Operation Flashpoint’ as well as ‘Max Payne.’

Notes
First download the SafeDisc version checker, to see which version of SD2 the .EXE of the game is protected with, after that, use unSafeDisc to remove the CD check!

You can download the files from CDR-Soft.
