I remember reading something a few years ago about a change in an eula:s for games making them more like a software with a license bound to the costumer.
Can’t say I liked it and even less for consoles. But after dealing with Steam and EA/Origin for years, I must say that at least this way you can actually have a second-hand market.

Just hope the fee wont be to high so that the first owner can still get something when selling the game.
