PIONEER DVR-K15RA doesnt recognise cd memory over 700 mb

i have a PIONEER DVR-K15RA dvd rw drive but it reads 800 mb/ 90 min cds as 700 mb cds. i am using the NTI CD and DVD maker 7 and i set the overburn option there to 90 min. but i need to write data and it doesnt allow me to add files over 700 mb. please help!

ANY burner will do that.
Use a better burnsoftware.
