Pioneer Dvr-112D Code 10

I just bought a Pioneer Dvr-112D for my Dell and I got a Code 10 saying it will not start. Does anyone now how to fix this?

If you are in the US try calling Pioneer Services and ask one of the tech’s at 1-800-872-4159 as I don’t know what the code 10 is or if it’s an Dell or Pioneer code also you might call Dell and asking them (sorry can’t help you any further) also you might ask a MOD to transfer this thread to the Pioneer Burner Forum where you might find your answer there :bigsmile:
