Pioneer dvr - 112 burning xbox 360 game issue

Hi,

This is my first time trying to burn xbox 360 games,readed number of articles, had 4 attempts but all failed.

I have cross flashed my pioneer dvr - 112 to dvr - 112L using buffalo 8.09. Now it is successfully showing as dvr - 112L in Imgburn. I bought Verbatim DVD+R DL as suggested by most of the people.The layer break was set to 1913760 and the burning speed I used was 2.4 X. The result is all the games I burnt is showing as a dvd media (white screen with xbox symbol in the middle) in my xbox 360.

The only part I thought might be causing the problem is with the booktype, I couldnt change booktype to DVD - ROM in Imgburn for Pioneer however I did read Pioneer auto does it for you. I used DVD decrpter to validate the failed dvd I ahve burnt and this is what I got:
