The worst kind of PIF is consolidated PIF, which is what you are seeing as solid green. As the disc ages, that PIF will likely get greater and because it's all in one place, it's more likely to create a major playback issue such as freezing. If this disc were important, I would reburn; if replaceable, I wouldn't bother.
