So, anyone have some solid tips on what settings in imgburn to use, when burning Verbatim 6x 50GB bluray discs ?
To avoid LB spike, that is.
mid = Verbatimf
(Singapore made, prod.number 43750/25pcs spindle, just purchased/new stock)
Granted, I have only burnt 1 single disc so far(cost $4! each), at 4x on a Pioneer S09XLT (barely used, just bought some days ago, fw 1.31).
But got a huge spike towering at the layer break(2000LDC/46BIS), while rather low levels on both sides of that.
(you can barely see anything but a green ‘line’ on either side of the spike)
Picture available, but not currently (different PC).
Was researching the tip on OHT settings(‘on’) in the media topic, and finally discovered after an hour of frustrating search for that cryptic setting, that it was something in a special utility for LiteOn’s only…
And have seen normal burns shown here, with exact same media etc, so… What am I doing wrong, I wonder.
Only thing I haven’t tried is OPC-on before burn, and that’s about it.
(Not sure if should be posted here or in the specific media topic - Mitsubishi Kagaku Media (Verbatim) BD-R DL, move if necessary)
How did you scan the disc?
If you get a chance, can you upload the image?
