Pioneer 3100 / 5100 Firmware updates?

Are there any firmware updates which allow this machine to:

  • Read/access discs more quickly ?

  • Record to +R / +RW media ?

  • Improve the recording quality ?

There is no firmware update for 3100/5100. The only official firmware update was released to solve only one very specific problem for early-hour buyers.

I request you know why DVR 3100 it doesn’t write in DVD-RW 4-6x certified it exists upgrade?

There is no any firmware for Pioneer 3100.

The unit is compatible only with DVD-RW ver. 1.1 and ver 1.1/2x.
