Even with a proper burn, the rings are supposed to be there with all these new drives that dynamically adjust laser intensity at different points of the burn; this is not something that can be avoided. Do not worry about the rings.
MCC 03RG20 is generally regarded as being the best media out of the 3 you've mentioned (MCC 03RG20, MBI 01RG40, RITEK G05). The RITEK G05 for some has been easiest to read, but as explained will not last long and is crud. So use MCC 03RG20.
There is no way to add a 4x write speed option. Pioneer would have to do this themselves; there is no way for us to add in a write strategy that does not exist. Sorry; you may have to get a different drive other than the two you have, try other media (if possible), or give up on creating backups.
