One question… Did you burn with Pinnacle Studio 8 ??
Because, i thinks that after use Pinnacle studio, the 411s don t recognize +Rw -r -rw.
I must change my 411 !!

Can you give a bit more information what you exactly mean by broke?
I have Pinnacle Studio 8 installed and it does not break my 411s.
Also, what other CD/DVD writing software do you have installed?
Pinnacle’s driver check utility will “break” for example Nero 6 - if the 2 programs are not installed in a certain order - and a couple of changes made.
Need more info before I can help…
