Pinnacle PCTV simple problem

il dispositivo pinnacle pctv che ho, non visualizza le immagini televisive ma solo il televideo. Da cosa potrebbe dipendere? Grazie mille.

My Pinnacle pctv device can't show me television images and audio too, but just teletext works. What does it depend on? Thank you so much.

Did it work before? Did the driver install properly? The PCTV driver and software installation comes with a software that checks the PCTV for problems. Try running it again by going to start menu and locate pctv menu and the software in it. Just follow the instructions. It’s pretty simple. It should help you figure out what the problem is.
