Philosophical CD Freakings

bcn_246 line carries the following:

« Treat each CD-R like it was your last  »

which is a modification of “Live any day like it is your last” or something similar, which was said by some Latin famous person. I think doing that is funny, so let’s take our school books back and modify famous sentences in order to make them suitable for a CD freak

I’ll begin with: “Every CD slowly burns itself” :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m burning therefore i am

Don’t burn yore CD’s on both sides.

Which is a modification of: Don’t burn your candle from both ends.
I Don’t know if this saying exist in English, though.

Don’t put all your CD’s into one Case.

I burn, therfore I am.

Too many burners, not enough IDE channels.

Most of those I don’t like. I’m off to think about it.

Give a man a CD/DVD, and he’ll burn for a day. Teach him where to download free songs/movies and he’ll burn forever.

Its better to have burned and messed up than never had burned at all

To burn, or not to burn, that is the question.

Seize the disc.

i will burn until arrested.

Burn or get burned.

My favourite one with a little political touch:

Burn Hollywood burn!

A watched burner, never ejects.

 A burner which posts, is better than a poster that burns:bow:

git r burned?

//got nothing

Hows this for political
“Read my Lips, Keep on Burning”

Burn! Baby! Burn!

A DVD in the hand is better than two coasters in the bush.

Come up and burn me sometime.

Disc(o) inferno

Bit bloody obvious, and not really philosophical but:

“It’s better to burn out than fade away”.

I’ll groan so that you don’t have to…

Only two things are infinite, the universe and the ability to endlessly burn coasters, and I’m not sure about the former.
-Albert Einstein

Never focus on what they say, Focus on the Kprobe results.

  • Noam Chomsky

A good DVD is half the Burn!
