Hello fellow CD/ DVD Freaks,

Well i have been trying to get into dvd burning for quite some time now but with no success. I even install the latest P1.9 firmware in a hope this would solve my problems but it doesn’t seem to have helped.

Everytime I try to copy a DVD it gets to the burn stage and then just fails. The last time I tried this I copied the error log and have pasted this below. Could you take a look at this and tell me where I am going wrong please?

What kind of disc are you trying to copy?

Cheers for the help!

Sense Key: 0x03 (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR)
Seen that error posted lots of times and it is almost always bad media.
I think what zazonz is asking is what are you trying to copy (a movie, a game, a data disk)?
First what brand is the media (not that it really matters that much).
Second, download this free program
http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com/
It will read the true manufacture and model (media code) off the disk. Please post the media code (or codes if you have used diffrent brands). This is what really matters and can help tell if it is in fact bad media.
