PCIe x1 Video cards

I installed a BFG (Nvidia) GeForce 6200 PCI graphics card on my Dell Dim. 3100 recently & am happy with it-256MB DDR.
I wanted a cutting-edge PCIe card, but found out I’m stuck with a mobo that only has a single PCIe x1 slot.
Should I just get over it & enjoy the decent performance I am getting now & not even think about a PCIe x1 card.
If I could even find one, would it perform any better? What kind of price range?
I use my pc for regular things-web, dvd/cd read/write. As far as graphics go, I play Star Wars BF II, Morrowind, Castle Wolfenstein. These all run smoothly @ 1024x768 or higher.

I would stick with what you have, there aren’t any good PCIx1 cards available right now /or probably in the future either/.

I would wait for your next pc, it will definitly have a PCIx16 slot.

Agreed.
My 1st PC-Compaq-I got back in 1999 had an 800 mhz P3, 128MB ram, an 8x CD burner and NO AGP slots! I installed an ATI 128 All-in-Wonder PCI card-worked O.K.
I’m getting used to being stuck with PCI graphics cards! (W%^%$#$@U%^$^!!)
Thanx for the feedback.
