PC video clip >>sound OR picture?

Hi…for some reason I have an old clip…used to be fine,but now shows as 2 files…sound or video…wont play as complete clip??dont know how it happened…can I do anything to get back to normal? ian

please give more specific information. What are the exact file names. Do you mean that you have an Audio and a Video FOLDER…

Thanks…when I search for video files…most show as a icon which quickly changes to a picture relating to the actual video…the vid in question stays as an icon…2 of them…one located in “Audio” file…the other in “Visuals”…??

C:\Dazzle content\Visuals

C:\Dazzle content\audio…hope this helps ian…ps some of the file names have - bak at the end ?

if it helps…I notice that c\dazzle content\audio and c\dazzlecontent\visuals…contain many files related to my clips…I dont think this used to be the case?? can I put things back to the way they were?? ian
