Are you wanting to rent actual pc game disks like you would console game disks? If so, I don’t think there are very many companies doing that (most software companies won’t license for it as pc games are too easy to copy). I think there are online versions of many games that will allow short term rental though (and I think some will give you a credit towards buying the full version).
