I doubt this will have a big affect. The more popular a file is, the easier it is to find it on a P2P network. Fake files will not be popular, Most people that download them will immediatly delete them. If it did work, the files that work will always be more popular. So even if fake files show up in your search real file will show up in your search as well, And with broadband, and being able to preview a file before it's all the way downloaded will pretty much allow you find whatever file your looking for in a matter of seconds. P2P programs are already littered with corrupt files, or unfinshed files, or wrongly named files, People still manage to find their way through the mess.
