NeroCOM - How does one Read/Write Packets?

I want to burn a video stream on the fly, as the first thread indicates, and packet writing would seem to be the way to go. However, as the next 4 threads show, there seem to be some problems with the nero packet writer interface. This problem is compounded by the lack of sample code that addresses this.

So I’d like to ask what is the proper way to use the packet writing capabilities of Nero. Has anybody had success with it? It doesn’t matter if it’s API or COM, just some working sample code to get me in the right direction. (Preferably in VC++ / C# / VB)

Help would be appreciated.
