Pace Micro DTR730 - IM

I have recently had a Pace Micro DTR730 - IM given to me. I have done the necessaries but I seem to have 2 problems:

  1. How do I set the time?
  2. Although I am able to switch channels, I am not getting any picture or sound. When I go to the signal strength, it is providing a green sign next to the channel number (which suggests a good signal) but nothing on the signal guide. Does this mean I have no signal? I am just using my ordinary UHF areal, which is in my roof. As I live in Birmingham, that is more than adequate for ordinary terestrial analogue TV but is it sufficient for digital TV?:sad:
