Im wanting to further overclock my 9000 Pro.
Default - 275/275
Current - 300/300
May not seem like much, but its an extra 400 3D Marks (3D Mark 2001 SE)
All this is with standard cooling, I had it running at 325/325 but artifacts were showing up so I clocked it back down.
After running it succesfully @ 300/300 I edited the BIOS ROM with RadEdit and flashed it so it defaults to 300/300 with no software o/c.
So, my question is: Is it best to keep the core/clock synchronous and would RAM sinks be a benefit (for say 300-320MHz)?
