Overburning dvd setting maxed out

I am trying to burn over the 4600MB limit that is set by nero for a dvd. I am using Plextor PX-712A to do the job and it has had no problems going up to the 4600MB limit on my ridata 4X discs. I am looking to mamually change the setting in a confg file or a registry entry that will let me overburn more then 4600MB as in Nero it will not let me go above that number. Anyone know where I can manually change that setting? Thanks!

You can change this setting in the registry. Be careful when you change preferences in Nero afterwards however because it will complain about setting over 4600 MB.

Here's the settings for 4650 MB. You can save it as a *.reg file and run it.

Thanks! Just did a 4614MB burn and verified it with Nero. Works fine. Still have not reached my limit on overburning.Got to love Plextor :bigsmile:
