Overburn problem

OK, I’m new to overburn. Here’s what I’m trying to do:
I have an ISO image which is 744MB (780MB on disk) and I use Nero and a SONY DVD RW DRU-510A and a blank 800MB CD.
In Preferences > Expert Features I have enabled DAO and set max CD size to 89:59:74 and I also have enabled short lead-out.
I try simulation but after a while it fails. I have attached the log file…

Any help ?
Thanks in advance for your time folks !!!

your log file shows your keys for nero need to remove them so other people cannot use them.

Unfortunately your CD-R/RW media which is made by Plasmon only has a real 81:24.73 mins area to write while you’re trying to burn 84:43.70 mins.

Also your Sony DRU-510A does not support overburning. In addition to that and if I’m not mistaken, Nero 6 does not support overburning except to Plextor drives.

Your drive doesn’t “see” 99 minutes CDs and I read it could read and transfer info from a 90 minutes CD (780MB) but I saw no ref about the ability to write to them.
This could be a possible solution but not guaranted.
(and total size of info would be too close with no chance to overburn)

I tried to simulate an overburning with CDspeed 4.7. But there´s no time in the testcapacity-ield and I cannot wrote 99:59 or so, so I can´t make an overburning-test. But why?
