Does anybody know if os media trade are having any shipping problems since I made an order and its 11days and still under processing. I emailed them but no response!

My order was made just before your post appeared, but the status just changed to shipped, so they must still be alive. 
Maybe one of your items had a status of ‘available in XX days’?
Os-mediatrade can be slow to respond to email but I never had a problem they did not solve.
