Looks like a cool product, but the lack of HD and HDMI connectivity is a real turnoff.
Still is cheaper than a cable suscription which would only be standard resolution. Would this still work without an iphone or android phone?
they claim that copyright holders wonâ€™t be able to prevent their material from being shown through the Orb TV
give it time and I am sure the networks will get that changed.
How much power does it use?
If you need to have a standard PC on as the backend to this box, you’re looking at 400w of power!!!
An old 46" inch LCD TV uses 300, current LCD uses 130w and a standard standalone player device uses max 30w.
meh. I get Hulu (and any other stream I care to grab) on my Revo which draws about 40 watts.
