Scroll down to the instructions for your version of Windows, and follow the instructions carefully.
If you’re wary about manually editing the Registry, then make a backup or set a System Restore point beforehand.
EDIT: I see from the MS page that the Fix It option works with Vista, so rather than manually edit the Registry, you can click that and it’ll do it all for you.
That should sort it for you. Good luck
