There’s plenty of info on the Optiarc website. http://www.sonynec-optiarc.eu/en/products/blue-laser-drives/bd-m100a.html I hear its just a rebadged Panasonic SW-5582 anyway. :stuck_out_tongue:

It can’t burn BD-R and BD-RDL discs at 8x… only at 2x. The article quoted initially was mistaken, as can be seen by the official details shown provided by Ian’s link.
