You will need to get the Sony Optiarc AD-7241S to get Light Scribe. :iagree:

I will wait for free shipping (black friday). I do not need it right away I thought many companies were going to free shipping.

Because of the economy, many companies stopped providing free shipping (and the cost of optical drives has gone up).

NewEgg used to have free shipping on at least 15-20 drives on any given day. Now, they’ve cut back their inventory and only provide free shipping on a few drives at a time.

Newegg has dropped the price to $27.99 with free shipping on this drive. Don’t know how long the sale will last.
