It seems to me that the high court has ruled based on constitutional rights and legality … that’s their job … they’re the high court … they’ve spent most of their professional lives to become experts in irish law, and become outstanding members of society.

The arrogance exhibited by the IRMA is simply astounding. Insulting the Irish high court by trivializing it’s decision is probably not in their best (future) interest.

There’s no legislation to enforce the measures … it’s black & white.

The IRMA will just have to put in the hard yards, and $$$, petitioning politicians to pass draconian law, so they can introduce and enforce their unfair policies, just like everyone else.

This would be the same FBI that accused Richard Jewell of the Olympics bombing and solve the anthrax case over and over and over? Lock up your priest.
