Ive been trying to burn some older movies onto dvd and every time i try i get Disc error on my dvd player.
Ive used Anydvd and Clone Dvd and i also tried DvdFab and neither seems to work.
I use ConvertXdvd to convert it to dvd.
I have the latest versions of all of the programs, and im guessing its the copywrite protection thats stoping me, does anybody have any tips or information to help?
and the one movie i was trying to burn is Its a wonderful life.

What I don’t get is your first two lines they are in themselves contradictions? What are you trying to say exactly? How did you get those movies?

The answer to your problem. AnyDVD and CloneDVD are used on DVDs…

You might try ImgBurn.
Build the DVD files you created with ConvertXdvd into an .ISO with ImgBurn.
Then write the .ISO to a DVD disc with ImgBurn.
I know the other software should do it but sometimes the method above works
