Both releases are final, but the difference is when installing Priority's release you must do a clean install and you can't dual boot.
The Ninecat-release is a repackaged Swat version.
So get either the Swat or the Ninecat release, and get the swat-crack-fix (whatever).
I have not installed it yet, but from what I've heard it's an improvement over Win98, except you'll lose the dos-bootup.
