OCZ today announced its new RD400/400A PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD that has specified sequential read and write speeds of respectively 2,600 MB/s and 1,600 MB/s. The RD400/400A series is available in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1024GB.
