Is this a question or a statement?

Rephrased:

"If I overclock my CPU, and the temperature doesn’t exceed 74ºC, is it safe, even if I nudge the voltage (core voltage?) up to 1.3v?

Is that a safe voltage to run at? Or is 1.3v too much for a 3770K in the long run?"

Thank you Albert, myself , I would never go to 1.30V but everyone has different settings, your RAM has an effect on the stability of your Overclock, so do numerous other factors, how high of an overclock are you trying achieve?
