i even went and returned it to try the USB version and its not working.
Have you gone into Control Panel and Device Manager, and Un-Installed the device? Also check device manager for the status of any devices with a " ! "
There is DEFINITELY something going on here now.
This is the 4th drive today.
Moved to General Hardware section.
