Digiarty's Blu-Ray Ripper doesn't work anymore,but you didn't mention Leawo's blu-ray stuff yet....
Personally I have started extracting/backuping the VUKs of all the Blu Ray I own; this way even if all those soft were to disappear tomorrow I would still be able to play/backup my disks. It's a little paranoiac but better be safe than sorry.
@roadworker, I did forget Leawo's DVD ripper which I added now, but I can't find their Blu-ray ripper anymore. Did I miss something or did they remove it?
Just like DvdFab,they splitted their modules to attract more customers with different needs....
Effective and quite inexpensive Dvd & Bluray decryption and copying software that rarely gets any attention is that sold by Longo DVD Soft. Mac versions are available also for both DVD decryption/copying and "ripping" but there isn't a Mac version Bluray decrypter/copier.Â
Almost three years since last versions were released. Is that program a real alternative?
Thanks both, I also noticed I missed Sothink, which also has a Blu-ray ripper. I'll include all, even if outdated, just to make the collection complete.
OK,another 2 then :bigsmile::
But is it wise to put all those 'relatively unknown ' decrypters in the AACS-LA target? :bigsmile:
I think they're all in China, so if that country goes after them, they'll all be down soon enough.
"The King is Dead, Long Live the King" "Le Roi est mort, vive le Roi!"
I would prefer the dead king's resurrection....:bigsmile::iagree:
Hi Decrypters are often the most important part of a arsenal for backing up DVD's & Blu-ray's.
FREE!http://www.dvdfab.cn/passkey-lite.htmDVDFab have others that are more comprehensive, at a cost.There others out there.http://www.dvddecrypter.org.uk/http://www.dvd43.com/
Simply "Magic" with no need for additional software.Two I recommend:From the same stable.http://www.magicdvdripper.com/http://www.bluerayripper.com/These are not free.But have never let me down..
This means that the (previous) king is dead and we wish the (new) king a long life. It's also to indicate that there is never a time without a King. Slysoft still works fine for me. I was never a Bluray freak so it will still Decrypt all DVDs according to JWs article, and thats fine with me. I can wait to see if the New King can be as kind as the last.
We may still see the dead king ressurected yet.
What an intelligent statement, I mean that seriously, a big company like that had to have some alternate plan. I know nothing, but ILLPs statement is what I am hoping for to come true.
Same here...since I am a LTL holder ......
I think if anything happens a new owner will probably buy the rights including a giant database of customers.
There does appear with some slight hints that some ex slysoft employees have posted that there maybe some hope we will know soon enough.
I didnt see any hints, but I hope you are right.
Or you just don't wanna tell us yet......:bigsmile:
