I recently came across software called noteburner which is supposed to allow you to legally strip the DRM from your itunes music.
the idea is that it creates a virtual cd burner on your system. you go into itunes and burn your playlist to the virtual burner and as its "burning", noteburner "rips" the tracks back to the pc in the folder you specify as MP3 files.
sounds good in theory but when i downloaded the trial and tried it, i am able to get itunes to burn to the virtual burner but no tracks ever show up in noteburner and no mp3 files are created.
i emailed them for support and they told me to reinstall which i have done several times and it still wont work.
can anyone help? i would love to get this working. if i can get the trial working then i will definitely buy it.
