Norton 360 v2 problems?

Hey everyone,
I have been using DVDFab v5 for quite a while with no problems at all and have been using Norton 360 v1 the entire time. This weekend, I downloaded an upgrade to Norton 360 v2 and when I tried to burn an ISO made with DVDFab a while ago, started having problems. It said it finished successfully, but when played in a DVD player, it would skip like a badly damaged DVD.

Tried other ISOs and same problem. So, I uninstalled Norton 360 v2, tried the same ISO and it worked perfectly.

Anyone know if there are issues with DVDFab v5 and Norton 360 v2?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
David

Dear David,

Hi, I am using 360 version 2 with Windows XP and Notebook. I do not have any problems with DVDFAB version 5.0.6.7 & version 4.1.2.0.

I just download and install, and have not had any issues with any programs.

Dear David,

I came across your post and am sorry to read that you’re having problems with you N360 v2. Have you tried visiting the N360 technical support site at: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/productdetail/index.jsp?pid=&pvid=n360_2.0 or the Norton User Forums (which are regularly contributed to by senior product managers and technical support staff) at: http://community.norton.com/norton/board?board.id=Norton_360
If you are still having difficulty with N360 I work with Symantec and can help you get in touch with a senior member of technical support. Please let me know if I can help. vanw [at] carryonpr [dot] com

Best,
