No Wi Fi

Just picked up a Dell e-6510, everything is fine, except when I noticed there was no wifi, saw Airport was on, WiFi off, turned off the Aiport, but Wifi will not switch to ON?

Picking up a 6yo model is notta smart idea

Hmm, you have checked in device manager (devmgmt.msc) and find the card there?
Is the Wi-Fi Card disabled (you can get to that information both in device manager and through ‘Network and Sharing Center’-‘Change adapter settings’)?

What OS does it run (my guess would be Windows 7)?

I would go into the device manager and see what type of Wifi Card they have installed, and download and replace with the latest drivers.

Sure, we still do not know if this is the case
