I use Roxio ECM 8

Sure Thing labeler

don’t remember if there was a setup disc for this drive if so can’t find. had abig pc crash started form scratch.

This may sound like a stupid question, but do you have the latest LightScribe System Software installed from www.lightscribe.com?

On the same site you’ll find a Diagnostic Utility, it may be worthwhile downloading and running that as well.
