No customer support on purchase problem

I pucrahsed the upgrade to DVDFab Platinum from DVDFab Gold put since my old email address changed I didnt get a license key bput I did get a pending charge on my credit card.

I sent several emails to both DVDFab and Element 5 about this problem and got no response.

My order number was 104549905.

This has been going on for 2 days.

No way to treat a repeat customer and its too bad since DVDFab is a great product and I wanted to continue to support them by purchasing it.

I now see why some people elect not to purchase the software they use.

My bad, I guess.
