No Audio

I am trying the new dvdfab release and I am having little success. I had older versions that I would rip my dvds and burn with nero. Now when I try I get disks that play fine in my pc but no audio on my standalone dvd player…I have never had this problem before, and just wondering why all of sudden this is happening now.

The dvd in question is Entourage Season 4…I can watch the movie fine on my pc but as soon as I burn it the audio for some reason the audio
get’s removed. http://club.cdfreaks.com/images/smilies/4/angry.gifhttp://club.cdfreaks.com/images/smilies/4/angry.gif

Do you have the language defaults set up correctly for the region of the discs and player(Common Settings->DVD->Streams->Audio)? Does your standalone player support the type of audio stream you are selecting for backup? Are you selecting what would be the default audio stream for the disc region (i.e., English for R1)? I’ve never had this happen either and no one else is reporting it in the forum that I have seen. ??

I selected all the options for the audio…I haven’t changed any of the settings. The vob files on y pc play fine with audio…I burn them using nero and when I get the dvd I play it on my standalone dvd player and no audio…I bring the same dvd to my pc and it plays fine with audio and everything…I don’t get it… Would there be something with vista that blocks the process?

Pas_lor, I cannot imagine what is causing this. Not nero or the burning process, I would not think. I wonder if the default audio is not supported by your standalone player but it is by your PC. Try selecting a different audio track in your standalone. Does your standalone play the original DVD with audio OK? Other DVDs OK?
