I get i/o overlap errors and can’t read files that are on harddrive. I have tried several diff decrypters, still same error from shrink/anydvd/clone.

If possible, could someone help me in simplest terms and way? Thank you in advance

If I understand correctly, you are receiving these errors from files that are written on your hard disc.

This is a bad sign: it can be that your HDD is becoming damaged.

I suggest you to do a backup of any important data, and then run a checkdisc to recover any damaged sector on the disc… or buy a new HDD
