I downloaded one from plextools website, and I don’t think it’s free. 
Well by free I mean the following
When Plextor first anounced Plextools 2.24 the download was denied to anyone that did not had the login access that was needed … after a few hours the had a new version 2.24a that was for free. you can check it in plextor.be that there 2.24 and 2.24a (why ?) I really do not know
Another remark is that the CDR jitter issue has changed slightly but for sure it has been changed for DVD.
Plextor should find the problem on CDr jitter measurement for 716 …
for another more time I will use the most accurate Premium CDRecorder for these measurements
